Pinnacle Villa.Pinnacle Villa. Andara features two large ultra luxurious villas located at the top of the project. With magnificent views of the Andaman Sea these two villa plots are set truly above the rest. Pinnacle Villas offer approximately 2,055 square metres of living space with six bedrooms completely with their location at the top. Entry is from the Main Level on which is also located the large Living Area as ell as Dining Area.Both open onto a 26 metre infinity edged swimming pool and both enjoy views over the turquoise waters of the Andaman Sea . A large Family Room as well as a generous private office are located at the western end of this level while the Master Villa is situated in a separate wing at the eastern end and includes its own private garden and terrace also with magnificent sea views. This villa allows for the inclusion of two Maid Rooms which are housed in a separate building together with the Kitchen Area. On the upper level are Bedrooms 2 and 3 complete with private terraces and ensuites.
